Cynthia Brown became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor in 2005 and spent nearly two decades building her career as a trainer, instructor and partner before founding LC Fitness in 2024 alongside her longtime friend and colleague Lauren—the “L” and “C” behind the name.
Today, Cynthia works with people at very different stages of life and fitness. She believes there is no single reason to exercise and no single way to be fit. Some people want to get stronger, some want to feel better in their bodies, some are preparing for a wedding, and others want to stay capable and active as they get older. Whatever brings someone to her, Cynthia gets to know the person behind the goal and builds their training around what matters to them.
Her approach starts with listening and knowing when to push—and when not to. She challenges people when it will benefit them and adjusts when it won’t. Her goal is for clients to leave feeling better than when they arrive and eventually, to want to show up because they know how much better they feel when they do.
For Cynthia, one of the best parts of being a trainer is watching someone discover they can do something they once thought was beyond their ability.
Cynthia is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and additional training in Practical Pilates. She has also appeared live on QVC as a spokesperson for SyncFlex fitness equipment.
Her own fitness pursuits have included nine marathons, seven of them Philadelphia Marathons, along with Ironman-distance and Half Ironman races, and Spartan races ranging from Sprint through Beast distances.
Whether she is training virtually, outdoors, one-on-one or in a group, Cynthia’s philosophy is simple: fitness is something we get to do, not something we have to do and it should make the rest of life better.

Lindsey Arellano is a lifelong athlete with a passion for health and fitness. She earned her Personal Trainer Certification through ACE Fitness in 2013 and eventually turned her longtime love of fitness into a career helping others build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles through personal training and group fitness.
A longtime runner with a wall of race bibs and medals to prove it, Lindsey also has a strong passion for lifting and strength training. As an accredited Youth Fitness Specialist, certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, she brings a well-rounded approach to working with clients of different ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
Through LC Fitness, Lindsey’s goal is to make fitness both effective and enjoyable. She believes there is no single “right” way to exercise—the best approach is one that works for your body, supports your goals, and gives you a reason to keep showing up. Whether she’s leading a group workout or working one-on-one with a client, Lindsey strives to create an encouraging environment where people can challenge themselves, recognize what their bodies are capable of, and enjoy the process along the way.
Lindsey also believes nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand, without believing either has to be perfect. A tried-and-true foodie, she enjoys putting her Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification to use experimenting with healthy recipes—and balancing them with plenty of foods she simply enjoys. When she’s not training clients, teaching classes, running, or lifting, she can usually be found spending time with her husband Mike and dog, Luna.
