Hot. Humid. Hilly. The Media 5 Mile Race delivered exactly what it always does; mid-90’s temps, blazing sun, killer hills, and a course that’s never any easier.
What sets the Media 5 Miler apart is the town itself. From start to finish, the course is lined with neighbors cheering, kids handing out high-fives, and residents offering water, hoses, and sprinklers to help runners make it through.
One epic night that ends the same way every year, cold beers and laughs in the school parking lot. Congratulations runners!
